Description

This is the highest-value course of its kind on the market. Like Level 1, our Level 2 Process Improvement course is specifically designed for those in medical devices, pharmaceuticals and combination product industries. However, this course is much more advanced and designed for those leading improvement, non-conformance and CAPA projects (rather than as a supporting role). Based on the principles of Six Sigma Green Belt training, this course teaches participants how to apply statistical and analytical techniques to confidently lead continuous improvement initiatives that will optimise their business.

During the 9-day course, spread over 3 months (including an exam) additionally gives you the option to run your own improvement project alongside the course’s content. This mixture of site-specific case studies, coaching and shared learning opportunities will perfect your application of each phase of the DMAIC cycle and Six Sigma tools and methodology.

This course is packed with exercises and industry-specific examples and is ideal for leaders in:
